Refund Policy

KSRTC’s Rent Management System (RMS) enables tenants to conveniently pay their monthly rent through a secure online payment gateway. In the event of a failed transaction or a duplicate payment, any eligible refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Access to this service requires a stable internet connection, and any internet or network usage charges applicable from the service provider are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
It is important to note that any charges deducted by third-party payment service providers (such as payment gateway charges, bank charges, or transaction fees) are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will be exclusive of such charges. KSRTC shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to the banking system, payment gateway, or any third-party entities involved in the transaction process.
